By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. This website is intended for hotels and other hospitality businesses that want to learn about GuestPoint.

2. Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Descriptions of features, availability and timelines — including items described as “on the roadmap” or “coming next” — are not an offer or a binding commitment. The features, scope, service levels and prices that apply to a hotel are those set out in that hotel’s agreement with us.

3. Screenshots and demo content

Screenshots on this website show the working GuestPoint product running with a fictional demo hotel. Hotel names, rooms, menus, prices, staff names, ratings, comments and voucher codes in those screenshots are sample data and do not describe real guests, staff or businesses. How the product looks for a specific hotel depends on that hotel’s branding and configuration.

4. Intellectual property

The GuestPoint name and logo, the design and content of this website, and the GuestPoint software are owned by or licensed to GuestPoint Hospitality. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access to it or to the GuestPoint platform, interfering with its operation, sending spam or automated submissions through the contact form, or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Enquiries and demos

When you request a demo or contact us, we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy. Demo accounts and demo hotels we show you are for evaluation only and may be reset at any time.

7. Links to other websites

This website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Hotel guests using GuestPoint

If you are a guest using a hotel’s GuestPoint app, your stay, the services you request and their prices are provided by the hotel, not by GuestPoint. Questions about orders, bookings, charges, vouchers or prizes should go to the hotel. Prize wheel and voucher rules are set by the hotel and shown in the app. How your data is handled is explained in section 4 of our Privacy Policy and in the hotel’s own privacy information.
